Such a lovely weekend with our girl ❤️ back to work now, big week ahead 👌🏻
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Self care is not all about bath bombs and face masks. . Sometimes genuine self care can feel awkward and hard. . That might look like: ⭐️ Doing that thing you’ve been putting off for ages ⭐️ Booking that check up that you haven’t had time for ⭐️ Having that conversation you’ve been avoiding ⭐️ Having a clear out of things that you no longer need or use Your future self will thank you for it ❤️
Adore this one from the fabulous @prutters
So can you ✌🏻 Quote via @aolanow - love her work!
Asking for what you want or need is never as scary as you make out in your mind. If you struggle with this (I do!) start with the situations where you normally say “ I don’t mind” (What do you want for dinner? What do you want to watch on tv? etc) and start practicing voicing your opinion ✌🏻
Happy Friday guys ❤️
